Im turning 21 in March and I was wondering if I can apply early and get my new license without the UNDER 21 on it? Someone told me 39 days before is the earliest, but I would hate to apply and get another UNDER 21 license…

Yes, it happened.
But first there is a back story… and i just want to know what others would do in my situation with my girlfriend of 8 months?
Me and my girlfriend starting dating 8 months ago. I met her in my city where we were both living and going to school. From the beginning i knew my girlfriend was bi-sexual, she told me so. At first i thought this was cool.( oh a bi girl, whos into me! fun fun).
Anyways i got over the whole “coolness” of a bi girl as soon as we got serious. We had a strong love for each other, it came on fast and we had a lot of fun. After about 3 months she had to move back home, which is 3 hours away from me. she went home due to falling grades and wanted to work and save money so she could buy a place of her own, and attend school once again.
so now im very in love with a girl who lives 3 hours away….
Too keep this short, my GF is flirtatious, outgoing, likes to party, attracts men easily, spoiled, and sometimes childish…and she just turned 21.annd shes bi remember.
So she moves back home and first things were fine, i didnt think she was fooling around behind my back…but i have always thought she is the type that might.
Now im just going to tell you all the crazy crap she has done up till now. in order.
I eventually find out shes kissed one of her girl friends….( whatever i didnt really care, not a problem yet). I told her i would perfer if she didnt hook up with other girls.
Then one time while i was visiting her we got drunk at a party, and she made out with 2 of her friends. it was hot, but i still did not like the idea of her sharing any romance with anyone but me.
She starts making a lot of friends at her new job which is a resteraunt/ bar. many of her new friends are guys. eventually i start to hear about her going out with work friends, and this bradley dude is always with her. So i visit her, and i see on her phone that she has more texts to brad than she does me……she says there just friends.
anyways my girlfriend goes out alot after work, gets drunk, and sometimes sleeps out…she says its her girlfriends house most of the time, but other times she “passes out” at random dudes places.
My gf often gets drunk and makes stupid choices..
Nothing as bad as kissing me mum and feeling up my Aunt!
On to that story, this happend about a week ago: Its my 21st Bday and she comes to my town, and we get a limo and go out with my mom and aunt and uncle…we all drink. so we go to a comedy club and my gf get trashed. she gets kicked out of the bar for slapping 2 dudes…then on the way home in the limo she is feeling up my aunts legs and boobs…then later shes kissing on my mom…..my mom says shes going to knock her out if she doesnt stop ( lol) I get my gf under control and w/e we go to bed that night. next day she doesnt remember it, and shes embarrassed.
I kinda let it go, but it freaked me out.
so she goes back home, and were on good terms.
then a few days later i call her phone and she didnt answer, so i checked her voice mail ( I guessed her pass while back) I listen to her voice mail and she has a message from “bradley” ( she later says). This dude in her message says ” Hey, i dont know if you went home with that guy you were making out with in the bar but……”
Thats all i needed to hear, i figure this proves that she is fooling around behind me.
so i send her text saying im done with her, and leave her a voice mail.
Today she says this guy bradley was just kidding in the voice mail, and she had some bs story.
so yeah this is where im at…i broke up with her, and i think i have proof shes cheating, i have felt in my gut for awhile she cheats…
The thing is, i love her alot, she says she loves me to death, we have lots of fun, and were both passionate.
I dont know what to do? do i let my love go?
I know i know, i should let her go. and i havent yet because she was the first girl i met and liked when i moved to this new town, and as much as i hate to admit it…i sometimes think im just holding on because i dont want to be alone again…..maybe waiting for something better??
