Where do you think Amare Stoudemire will go down in history?
maybe its because im a huge phoenix suns fan but i think he’s a hall a famer in the making. he wont become the greatest at his position because you got people like shaq, david robinson, wilt,kg, duncan and so on but this guy is turning into a complete player
his defense has picked up alot this year he blocks steals and not in foul trouble is lower in important games compared to his younger days.
and his ball handling skills is one of the tops at his position. he may not shoot like dirk but he has dramatically improved at his outside shot(up to the top of the key). he’s no longer a dunker only and when his outside shot is hitting he really is unstoppable
i know some of you say duncan owns him when they play and i agree duncan gaurds him better then any player but if you look he averages 21 points agains the spurs 38 in the playoffs.
they only team that really stops him is seattle at 16 points a game. like i said this guy wont go down as the bes but this freak of nature’ a stud

Well, He is a very good player (offense and defense) but, he is not as good as other players such as Shaq,D-wade,Kobe and so on. BUt he may help leaad his team to a championship. Maybe even this year!

i think ur are getting way in over ur head bout STAT simply cuz ur just a true fan. and i feel u. i think rafer alston is one of the best playmakers in the league only cuz im a rockets fan. but if u look at the hall of fame power forwards (cuz thats wat amare really is) than STAT still has a long way to go. i think he might get there with nash, but rite now he is not a halloffammer. look, stat has to still prove that he is a winner, he can lead a team to a good reggular season, but he still has to prove he can win a championship. and sometimes, he has games in which he just does nothing. i know ppl get bad nights, but he just seems to take a little more outside shots when he should take it in everytime. but if u watch him play for real, he is litteraly as unstopable in the paint as yao and shaq are. he is just that good. but not hall of fame good. just not yet.

He’ll go down as a great center, a multiple All Star, but he’s not a Hall of Famer.

#3 Center/Power Forward in the hall of fame

He’s a nice finisher, but runs on pure athleticism. After he gets a little older, it’ll be easier to see where he ranks when he is forced to develop a post game.
It’s too early.
